CraftVista ("Company"/"we"/"us") owns and operates the marketplace and website at craftvista.com, along with any related services (together called the "Services"). Read through these terms of use ("Terms") carefully. By using the Services, you're indicating that you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the Services or any of its content or features. These Terms can change, and if you keep using the Services after we make updates, that means you're agreeing to the new version. Any new features we add to the Services will follow these Terms unless we say otherwise. Check back on this page from time to time to see if anything has changed.

COMMUNITY & CONDUCT RULES

The Services exist because of community, fairness, integrity and respect, so please follow the rules and engage thoughtfully. This section covers account creation, community features, and what you're not allowed to do. User Accounts. You get one account per platform or device, though we'd recommend just keeping a single account across everything. If you decide to maintain multiple accounts on different devices anyway, they absolutely cannot interact with each other in any way. If we find that they have interacted, we may ban, reset, or penalize one or more of those accounts. Product Listings & Account Sales. Anything you create on CraftVista (product listings, shop info, etc.) can't be sold, transferred, or traded for real money outside the platform. Trying to do this breaks these Terms and could get you permanently banned from the Website/Services, plus we might take legal action. All marketplace sales are final and follow individual maker policies. You can't redeem product information or listings anywhere except CraftVista. We have the right to manage, regulate, modify, or remove listings and shop features whenever we want, and we're not responsible to you or anyone else for doing that. You're responsible for everything that happens on your account, whether you do it or someone else who has access to it does. If your account gets terminated or suspended for any reason, you lose all your shop content and listings. General Conduct & Prohibited Acts. Some activities break our rules. You're not allowed to: Use the Services if you're under 13 years old. Pick a name or shop handle that disrespects other users or makers. Use bots, auto-clickers, hacks, exploits, or any other conduct we've said is against our rules. Accuse other users or makers of fraud through any part of the Services. This includes forums, maker pages, messages, and chat. If you genuinely suspect fraud and have proof, contact us directly using our contact form instead. Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise share: anything unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable. Same goes for stuff that encourages crime, causes legal problems, breaks any law, or is otherwise objectionable. material that infringes on anyone's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. material you don't have the right to share. lies or misrepresentations, or anything that creates a false or misleading impression. This includes pretending to be another user or our staff, or anything that could harm minors. Interfere with or disrupt the Services (including security features) or the servers and networks connected to them. Don't ignore any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of those networks. Don't probe, scan, test vulnerabilities, breach security, or bypass authentication measures. Break any local, state, national, or international law or regulation, whether on purpose or by accident. Resell the Services, access to the Services, or any of its content. Do anything else these Terms say you can't do. Action by Company. If you do any of those prohibited activities, we may delete your posts or threads (chat, forum, profile pages) and temporarily or permanently limit, block, suspend, or terminate your account depending on how serious the violation is. We might also impose other sanctions we think are appropriate. Availability. We can alter, suspend, or discontinue the Services anytime and for any reason without telling you. The Services might be unavailable sometimes due to maintenance, equipment issues, or other problems. We might add to or update information and materials on the Services without notice. We reserve the right to change and update the marketplace whenever we need to.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OWNERSHIP AND CONTENT RULES

We take intellectual property seriously and protect it. This section explains who owns what when it comes to information and technology used through the Services. Copyright and Trademark Information. The Services and everything in it are owned by Company and its licensors. They're protected by copyright law, trademark law, international agreements, and other intellectual property laws from being copied or spread without permission. All Company product names and logos are our trademarks or registered trademarks. Everything else is the trademark or registered trademark of whoever owns it in certain countries. We don't control that content and can't guarantee how accurate, complete, or high quality it is. We follow the terms of service from our platform partners like Facebook, Apple, Google, and Android. You've read and agree to follow the terms of service for whichever platform you're using to access our Services. Pay attention to their terms because breaking them could get you banned.

LIABILITY AND RISK TERMS

To offer the Services to you, Company has to limit how much we're responsible for. Here's how. Release. Since we don't supervise or control interactions between members or between members and other people or companies, since we don't control payment processors, since we can't verify the true identity or age of users, and since we have very limited control over the quality, safety, morality, legality, truthfulness, or accuracy of things on the Services, you agree you're taking all the risk. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Anything you download or get through the Services is at your own risk and discretion. You're solely responsible for any damage to your computer, loss of data, or any other loss from downloading or using that material. We don't warrant, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any content or materials on the Services, any products or services offered by third parties through the Services, or any services linked from the Services or featured in banners or ads. CraftVista isn't a party to any transaction you enter into with a third party. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent the law allows, Company isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages. This includes damages from your use of or inability to use the Services or any information or materials on it, the cost of replacement goods or services, errors or inaccuracies in the materials, property damage from your use of the Services, bugs or viruses, or any other loss or damage from your use. These limits apply even if we've been told the damages might happen. They apply to the fullest extent the law allows in your jurisdiction. INDEMNIFICATION. You'll indemnify and hold Company, our affiliates, officers, agents, platform partners, and employees harmless from all claims, threats, actions, proceedings, demands, damages, losses, obligations, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees. This covers anything made by a third party because of materials you submitted, posted, transmitted, or shared through the Services, any way you violated these Terms, or any way you violated someone else's rights (including intellectual property rights, publicity rights, personality rights, or privacy rights).
